The commercial space is located on the ground floor. Office space is located in the part of the building on Eberhardstrasse and living quarters with an area of 30 to 85m2 are located in the back. The building has an underground car park. The supporting structure is a reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns, communication shafts, diaphragm walls with a span of 6.5 to 9.5 m and reinforced concrete slabs. The slabs above the underground floors and above the ground floor are designed as monolithic slabs. From the first floor, the slabs were designed as filigree slabs.
