We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Structural assistant designer
Place of work:
- Wroclaw, Poland
- Lodz, Poland
Position description:
- Preparation of design documentation: construction, tender, executive and workshop
- Making reinforcement drawings of reinforced concrete structures in Allplan
- Modeling structures and making formwork drawings in Revit and Allpan
- Performing static calculations in Robot, SOFiSTiK, Frilo and ABC Płyta
- Ability to work in an advanced BIM 3D environment (Allplan 3D, Revit, BIM Collab, BIM Vision, Tekla BIMSight)
- Cooperation with foreign design offices
Position requirements:
- Graduates of the faculty of civil engineering (bachelor / master)
- 1-2 years of professional experience as an assistant designer
- Knowledge of the basics of designing reinforced concrete structures
- Accuracy and conscientious approach
- Ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Allplan
- Knowledge of Revit will be an asset
- Knowledge of German language will be an asset

Project manager
Place of work:
- Wroclaw, Poland
- Lodz, Poland
Position description:
- Preparing project valuations, creating work schedules for projects as well as analyzing and forecasting work progress,
- Managing and supervising the work of a team of assistant designers,
- Taking care of the quality and timeliness of the submitted documentation,
- Working with other managers to meet company priorities,
- Direct, phone and e-mail contact with clients,
- Cooperation with foreign design offices
Position requirements:
- Master in civil engineering,
- Extensive knowledge of building structures,
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar position,
- Ability to make decisions efficiently,
- Soft skills and negotiation skills with clients,
- Knowledge of the German language at a communicative level in speech and writing,
- Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level in speech and writing,
- Experience in working on projects for the German market will be an asset,
