The construction of the building is mostly monolithic, divided into sections separated by expansion joints. Pillar-plate structural system with communication shafts. The ceiling has a large number of irregular cut-outs, there are also numerous beam walls. The basic reinforcement of the ceilings was carried out using individually designed mesh reinforcement.
