A multi-family residential building with seven overground and one underground floor.
The foundation was designed on a reinforced concrete foundation slab with a thickness of 90 cm under the high part and 50 cm under the garage part. The structure of the underground part of the building was designed as monolithic reinforced concrete in the white tub technology. The main structure of the building is designed in traditional brick and reinforced concrete technology. The roof of the building in the form of a green flat roof. The slabs were designed as filigree reinforced concrete. The balconies were designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete structures connected to the building structure by means of thermal insulation system connectors. For the needs of the project, an expert opinion on the technical condition of the structures of the existing buildings adjacent to the designed facility was also carried out.
