Lidl in Wrocław on Borowska Street in the office part was designed as a two-story building with a reinforced concrete structure. The commercial part was designed as a single-storey hall with a steel and reinforced concrete structure.
The roof structure of the single-storey part is made of N-type steel trusses. The trusses are two-span and hinged on the masonry walls in the place of reinforced concrete pins. The required bracing of the roof slope was made in the pre-extreme fields. The walls of the building were designed as brick, reinforced with reinforced concrete pillars, fixed rigidly in foundation footings. The structure of the two-storey part is a slab-and-beam system based on reinforced concrete columns and partly on brick walls with tie beams. Filigree ceilings have been designed over the ground floor and first floor.
